I always encourage people that even though these oils are powerful, they are also gentle and will never force anything to happen. It is as though they unlock a door and present you with the CHOICE to walk through or not. If you’re not ready to face something or release it yet during the experience, you’ve still gained an awareness of that emotion, and it can be processed out later when you are ready. No fear. Only freedom.

 

During the Emotional Freedom Journey, I serve you as a guide into your unique experience. I will start by teaching about how and why the oils work. I will then lead you through six separate phases using an oil application combined with a verbal prompt and simple movement. Inspired by the Fragrance and Frequency of each oil, Jason will play a musical composition specific to each oil. 

​

There will be time and space to journal, meditate and reflect in between each oil application. The combination of the essential oil, live therapeutic music and a guided movement prompt will create the precise access to the emotional freedom that you personally need in that moment in time. There’s truly nothing like it.
